These terms are between you and Strada Enterprises LLC, doing business as AVOTTO ("we," "us," "our"), 1846 E. Innovation Park Dr., Ste 100, Oro Valley, AZ 85755. Contact us at info@av-otto.com.

We offer driver-confidence coaching (including Back Behind the Wheel) and corporate fleet driver training (AVOTTO Car Control).

Quotes and prices may change. We'll confirm the final price with you before any work begins.

You must tell us about any existing damage before we start. We're not responsible for pre-existing defects.

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

Coaching takes place only in private lots, never on public roads. Participants use their own insured vehicle, must hold a valid driver's license, and must sign a liability waiver before the session. Coaching is practical driving instruction only, not medical or psychological treatment.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed.
