Anthony Verrelli
I'm a car guy who turned it into a career. I trained with ILR Car Control School — one of Canada's longest-running car control programs — and spent years on their instructor team, teaching everyone from brand-new drivers to experienced ones on skid pads, closed courses and race tracks.
Before that I built and ran AVOTTO, a detailing and paint protection business, which means I've spent most of my working life around vehicles: how they're built, how they're maintained, and how they behave when the grip runs out.
Car control isn't about speed. It's about knowing what your vehicle does a half-second before it does it. That's what I teach, and it's the skill most drivers never get taught.
